- Quando le cassette postali non vanno installate da incasso a parete, i pannelli laterali proteggono il corpo delle cassette, abbellendone i lati e la parte superiore delle stesse. Se è visibile anche il lato posteriore, si può aggiungere un altro pannello per coprirlo.

- Lamiera d’acciaio zincato: Spessore di 1,2 o 2 mm., e lunghezza massima 2.080 mm
- Lamiera d’acciaio zincato con volume: Spessore 21 mm e lunghezza massima 2.080 mm.
- Lamiera d’acciaio inossidabile (ideale per esterno): Spessore 1.2 mm e lunghezza massima 2.080 mm.
- Lamiera d’acciaio inossidabile con volume (ideale per eterno): Spessore 21 mm e lunghezza massima 2.080 mm.
- Alluminio (ideale per esterno): Spessore 20 mm e lunghezza massima 2.080 mm o 3.000 mm per mantelli in argento anodizzato.
- Legno: Spessore 16 mm e lunghezza massima 2.350 mm.
